How do I shoot my footage?
You can use a video camera or even the video settings on your normal camera. Make sure resolution is set to the highest quality possible.

How do I edit my footage?
You can be as basic or as advanced as you wish- use either computer based video editing programs or just the editing functions available on your camera. This is your chance to show the world your amazing ISV experience. You will be judged on your ability to capture and highlight your ISV experience, or message you wish to convey. You are not being judged on advanced editing or special effects.

What should be in my footage?
While on your trip – take video footage of as much as you can – both volunteering and adventure activities. When it comes down to editing – 2 minutes is not a long time, so try and have a central theme you are trying to convey to make your experience stand out. You may wish to show both volunteer and adventure components, or just focus on a particular experience. Get creative – there is so much you can do with 1 minute and 4 weeks of footage.

Can I use music in the background?
Yes you can. You can choose to have music or no music in your clip. If you do have music that is copyrighted (which most music is), ISV may not be able to post it on our website due to copyright laws.

How do I submit my footage?
